1. Digital Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing : . Job Description : Requirement Primary Responsibilities: # Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns # Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) # Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights # Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies # Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests # Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience # Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points # Collaborate with agencies and other vendors/partners # Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption wherever appropriate. Desired Skills & Experience: # Qualification - Must be an MBA from a leading institution. Should have good quantitative and analytical skills # 2 to 4 years of experience (preferred) # Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaign. # Robust communication skills(written and spoken) & demonstrated ability to work across multi-functional teams. # Experience with a leading online retail brand or a leading Digital Agency is a must. # Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
