digital engagement organisation focusing on SMS, Email, Voice (IVR),
media, mobility and social media solutions to our customers. We are in
B2B space and deal with small aggregators, SMEs and big corporate. Some
of our mobility solutions are HR automation, staff augmentation, sales
force augmentation, loyalty programs, etc.

Knowledge & Experience:
*Excellent Understanding of Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing - Display/Mobile/ Email
*Strong Networking & Relationship in the Digital Eco-System with Advertisers (Brands), Agencies & Ad Networks
*In-depth Experience of handling various revenue models including CPC/CPM/CPL/CPI/CPV/CPS etc.
*Exposure in Videos, Search & Social Ad-Sales would be desirable.
*Knowledge of Programmatic, DSP/SSP, RTB platforms and added advantage.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Revenues - Drive & Achieve the Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Targets as per the Business Plan.
*New Client Acquisition - Consistently acquire new clients & campaigns and scale the business.
*Client servicing & Account Management - Manage & Retain Existing Clients and grow them over the period of time.
*Product Portfolio - To sell & up-sell the whole spectrum of products / Services across Email, Display, Mobile with regards to results led campaigns for both Branding & Performance objectives.
*Negotiation - Strong negotiation skills with aggressive pricing and terms & conditions for various campaigns.
*Cross-Functional Coordination - Ability to effectively coordinate & ensure seamless delivery through the client servicing, campaign management & delivery teams.
*Relationship Management - To build relationships with direct clients, digital agencies and Ad networks increase their ad budgets / spending with us on a consistent basis.
*Billing & Collections - Ensure Timely Number Reconciliation, Invoicing & Payment Collections on monthly basis with clients.
