Department overview
The Client Services department is the face of the Latitude business. We're responsible for
looking after and growing our clients in the MENA region via our award winning and unique
approaches. We offer highly strategic advice and the latest digital marketing products and
ideas. Campaign execution is handled by our operations team based here in the UAE and in
our UK base.
Role overview
We are seeking a proactive individual to join our dynamic, fun, and growing Dubai office. As
Account Manager you'll be the main point of contact for a small portfolio of valuable clients
including an airline, hotel group and international bank. You'll advise them on digital
strategy and help their business and ours grow by recommending suitable approaches and
digital marketing channels to exceed their goals. You'll be highly organised and responsible
for managing client projects delivered by our specialist Delivery teams. You’ll be passionate
about digital marketing and keen to impart your knowledge on the channels that we offer.

You’ll be based in our office in Cluster X, JLT, Dubai, but will visit client offices from time to
time. This may involve short international trips. You’ll be equipped for mobile working with a
laptop, dual screen workstation and smartphone allowance.

Main responsibilities
Spend time understanding Clients' businesses, their challenges, and overall aims
Advise Clients on the most appropriate digital marketing methods to achieve those
goals
Take specific briefs from existing clients on their digital marketing campaigns
Brief our channel-specific delivery teams in the UAE and UK
Monitor the delivery of campaigns, ensuring we're providing the very best
performance for our Clients and exceeding their expectations
Cross sell appropriate Latitude services to enhance Clients' digital marketing
Collate reports and presentations to show the results of the campaigns we've
delivered. Present and discuss these with the Client
Resolve queries the Client may have
Develop processes to improve our own internal efficiency
Report on Client performance and opportunities internally via our CRM system
Brief the finance team on raising invoices and assist collecting outstanding invoices
where required
Act as a role model at all times for the company’s values, and ensure that these are
portrayed by the wider teams during every client engagement
Renew contracts governing our Client relationships
Role requirements
Based in Dubai or willing to move to Dubai immediately
Excellent communication skills, used to speaking and presenting to people at various
levels of seniority over the telephone, video conference and face to face
Highly organised, ability to manage task lists and juggle multiple projects at once
At least 1 year’s working knowledge in the digital space
Familiar with our core channel offerings: Paid Search, Programmatic Display, Social
Media, SEO, Content and Analytics
An eye for detail, able to quickly and accurately review the work of others before
sending to Clients
Numerically confident with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
