Fizzy Foodlabs is an IIT Bombay alumni venture in Packaged Foods (FMCG), specializing in World Foods.


Our brand, 'Chef's Basket' has introduced Italian, Mexican and Thai range of recipes in a ready-to-cook kit format.
It is for the first time in India, that the concept of portion packing has been introduced in World Foods, that too
in a value added format of a recipe kit. Going forward, our second brand World Café would be introduced, which would focus
on Western ready-to-eat snacks.

Our products are distributed primarily through the Modern Trade, E-commerce and select general trade formats.

Our emphasis is not just on creating superior products, but also to create sustainable brands that survive us in the
longer term. The consumers are hence exposed to a complete experience to indulge in our products and make them a part
of their lifestyle to build a repeatable, scalable and sustainable value proposition.


Brand Manager – Digital Marketing

The candidate should have interest and passion in the field of Digital Marketing. He/she will work on
the following channels -
- Search Engine Marketing
- Search Engine Optimization
- Online Display Ad Networks
- Social Media Marketing
- Third Party Digital Marketing Networks
Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence
- Engage different digital media to generate website traffic and email lead nurturing
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Envisioning and executing digital marketing campaigns with creative writers and designers
- Choosing appropriate channel of 3rd party advertising
- Analyse various performance metrics for budgeting, performance improvement and
generating business insights
- Collaborating across different channels of digital marketing for multi-channel advertising
campaigns
- Analyse data to gather insights for new marketing campaigns

Desired Skills and Experience

- 5-9 years of proven working experience in Digital Marketing into E-Commerce/FMCG
domain
- Understanding of SEO / SEM / AdWords / GDN along with core in-bound marketing
principles
- High level of experience in data analysis techniques and advanced excel
- Strong conceptual understanding of digital metrics or sampling or normalization
 methodology
- High level of experience in measuring and analysing online marketing campaigns
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels, content marketing and content
analysis
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
