Zimply is a Delhi-based company founded by IITR and IITD alumni in 2014 and backed up leading VCs in the country and globally. We are a young team of designers, developers, and strategists. Our mission is to reimagine the ecommerce for mobile and have started off by developing a content and community powered mCommerce app for home products.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Position Overview
Social media manager will implement the company's Social Media marketing. The role will include content strategy, developing brand awareness, generating inbound traffic, creating relevant content, blogging, community participation and leadership
Responsibilities

* Develop social media and digital marketing strategies as well as create and optimize innovative campaigns, while ensuring channel strategy implements best SEO practices
* Campaign content creation on various digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, Interest, Instagram
* Creating innovative buzz for ZIMPLY, its product promotions, launches and brand-sponsored events.
* Utilize Analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions
* Build and execute social media and community growth strategies and work to rapidly grow the user base by launching, managing and optimizing new acquisition campaigns - both unpaid and paid
* Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content
* Analyse online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution


Requirement

* 4 years of experience in social media marketing, growth hacking, mobile marketing and Data analytics
* Well versed with social media tools and platforms and should be very active on twitter, LinkedIn, forums, blogs
* Ability to analyze performance and optimize campaigns for ROI independently
* Knowledge-seeker: Incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself up to date with new features and opportunities in Digital Marketing
* Individual must take initiative, be strong peer, maintain a positive attitude, and be able to work with minimal supervision
