Looking for candidates coming from TV/Online/Radio strategy teams, FMCG Marketing services, Media / Creative /Digital Agency Account planning/ Brand Strategy

1 . Sales - AM/ Manager / Sr Manager
Location - Mumbai /Delhi
Purpose - Integral sales function, both pre and post sales
Yrs of Experience - 2 to 6 years
Ensure Proactive engagement with the clients and agencies in the respective market for his/her team, aid understanding of their communication requirements to optimise sales and development efforts.
No. Of Positions - Sales - 3 positions Mumbai & 2 positions Delhi

2. Solutioning & Execution- AM / Manger / Sr Manager Servicing/Solutioning / Ideation
Location - Mumbai
Purpose - Integral sales support function, pre sales for Ideation & solutioning and post sales for execution
Yrs of Experience - 2 to 8 years
Ideation and conceptualization skills wrt to being able to marry briefs with solutions for clients. Conceptualizing Brand solutions for clients and ideating on and decoding briefs by clients into good looking, aesthetically sound sales decks and pitches. Leading and motivating the team to ensure process deliveries for pre and post sale servicing
No. Of Positions - Ideation, Solutioning, Execution & Servicing - 3 positions Mumbai & 1 position Delhi


3. Strategy - AM / Manger / Sr Manager Strategy
Location - Mumbai
Purpose - Integral sales support function, pre sales for strategy and prospecting
Yrs of Experience - 4 to 8 years
Prospect and scope revenue opportunities from Brands nationally. Draw up monthly, quarterly and half yearly prospecting and revenue strategies for the sales team, keeping in mind market realities, trends, topicality and business requirements. Improve the depth and breadth of the client/s for participation in our portfolio of assets. Manage national databases for all clients and agencies, movement of people and accounts. Reach out to key decision makers and set meetings for the sales team to take forward. Provide market intelligence and information on all clients and agency contacts to the sales team
