Job Description – The role is responsible for the following :

• Marketing communication both offline and Online and needs to work closely with agencies to deliver this

• Handling customer loyalty programme and promotions

• Work closely with the marketing activation role to ensure seamless execution of promotions and events, ensure loyalty offers are utilised

• New product development working with cross functional teams of R&D, finance and operations

• Design collaterals with inhouse designer for store promotions and events, new flavor launches, price communications etc

• Support instore events and promotions through Offline and Online communications

• Work closely with online delivery partners like zomato, Swiggy etc for advertisements and promotions

• Market and competition analysis

• Pre and Post performance reporting on communications, events and promotions

Experience –

• 2+  years of digital marketing

• Any experience in handling consumer loyalty is welcome

• Preferrably should have worked in a QSR company before

• Should be able to multi task in a challenging and dynamic environment

• Develop good relationship with internal and external stakeholders
