Position overview
Report to General Manager based in India, the Marketing Manager will be in full responsibility of promoting, branding and acquiring buyers for the new B2C importing marketplace, Company. The main KPI is to realize company business strategy and facilitate the e-commerce business among the targeted markets. This is a real opportunity for e-commerce and Marketing experts to join an exciting start up and have a direct impact on the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in the growth of sales and brand awareness, be innovative to identify new marketing opportunities to drive the business
Develop short and long term market acquisition strategies. Plan and execute online and offline campaigns to increase customer-base
Own Marketing P&L, be responsible for ROI and target
Analyze and interpret statistics to continuously improve customer experience and marketing efficiency
Support and interact with the Product Team in India and China to improve the design, usability, content of Company
Prepare internal and external communications including announcements, press releases, sales support, etc. as needed
Build key strategic alliances with online and offline partners to monitor/develop key metrics, achieve user/ sales target and grow the brand of Company as a brand in the market
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in integrated marketing in the Indian market,including SEO, Social Media Management, Content Writing and Digital Marketing, Partnership, Offline Marketing etc.
Result oriented, proven track of project achievement and sales record. Experience of budgeting, reporting and analysis including ROI driven campaign management
Excellent command of spoken and written English. Experience working in MNC preferred
Knowledge of ecommerce and internet, know-how to acquire users in this industry is a must
Entrepreneurial and hands-on, creative and enthusiasm for new ideas and concepts
