The candidate must be good at:

Keyword research
Directories
Sitemap building and submission
Original Material and Content
Make the architecture search friendly
Track, report and analyze website analytics and PPC ini


Should posses the following skills:

Off page optimization/ On page
Good at bookmarking
Digital Marketing
PPC
Google Adwords
Google adsense
Good with Google webmaster tools
Internet marketing


Experience : 1 - 5 years
Salary - Negotiable
