Job Description :- Marketing Manager
- End to end responsibility for branding & marketing.
- Own the marketing (Online and Offline) strategy. Manage branding,
advertising, promotions, & communication activities ensuring maximum
brand visibility among the target audience.
- Partner with all business functions, especially sales to develop
strategy and tactical implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Integrated Campaign Development: Execute an integrated mix of email,
digital, lead-nurturing and content marketing campaigns for consumers,
suppliers and internal audience.
- Develop lead generation/campaign program objectives, goals, and
metrics, and define best practices, standards, and processes to drive
successful user acquisition.
- Develop a series of loyalty driving initiatives that ensure high user retention and repeats.
- Campaign Calendar: Maintain calendar of all demand generation
programs, budgets, and metrics to optimize awareness and lead generation
efforts.
- Targeting/Segmentation: Segment target audiences based on demographic and firmographic criteria.
What are we looking for :-
- MBA with , 5+ years of marketing/product management experience,
handling marketing, promotions or loyalty programs, ideally e-commerce
or retail business of significant scale.
- An experienced planner and project manager, with strong cross-team coordination skills.
- Must be comfortable operating at different levels in the organization, and across various teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas and persuade stakeholders.
