Job Description :

Looking for a smart, metrics and results-oriented Onsite Marketer who will be
instrumental in improving customer experience and growing their business through Site- Web &
Mobile Apps.
 Revenue/Conversion targets and ownership of landing pages for each platform
(Desktop/Msite/App)
 End to End Campaign Management, Optimization and scale best practices for revenue impact
 Develop hypothesis & conduct A/B tests to validate hypothesis with an objective of scale up
 Conversion optimization using personalization, targeting, retargeting & segmentation
 Drive new feature/product launch for landing page UI/UX improvements
 Monitor dashboard following traffic, click through conversion and other metrics
 Develop a comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior using A/B tests, heatmaps, online
surveys/feedback & segment wise conversion metrics
 Business stakeholder management, expectation setting and management using agreed metrics

Skill Sets Required:

- 2+ Years of relevant experience in Online Marketing, Mobile/App experience will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities
- Ability to use hard data and metrics to make and support decisions
- Demonstrate organizational skills, flexibility and ability to produce results in a fast paced environment
- Capability to meet our technical requirements, which include Excel, HTML & Omniture
- An understanding and passion for eCommerce
